I have zero clue or idea how sustainable business/disposal works but, for example, if you could have a place where we can dispose of the cardboard/waste that is used to contain the flatpack gear so that you as a company could somehow re-use or sustainably dispose of it- that would be cool! This is all hypothetical and, again, with zero research or knowledge about the practice of sustainable business, but it would also make it easier and better for your customers who would then know that their waste is sustainable and easier for them to dispose of! "One of the wooden dowels snapped during assembly. However the dowels are just for alignment, not structural support, so the bed itself is fine.
The bed came with a screwdriver. It took us ages to discover that the screwdriver can separate from the handle to reveal two heads depending on which end you want to use.
